Complete the onboarding wizard on your iPhone. Connect Apple Health, let BestYou import your health history, and set your goals. This gives the 19 agents the context they need to build your first Action Plan.
Generate a ChatGPT Linking Code
In the BestYou app, go to More, Connected Apps, ChatGPT and tap "Generate ChatGPT Code." Review the data sharing consent, then agree to generate an 8-character OAuth token. Copy the code — you’ll need it in the next step.
Add BestYou in ChatGPT
Open the BestYou Health Coaching GPT in ChatGPT and connect it with your 8-character code. Once linked, ChatGPT can access your daily briefings, action plans, workout guidance, and nutrition insights — processed intelligence from 19 on-device agents, not raw data.
